Creating an award-winning retirement income research campaign
Challenge
Invesco’s 2022 Show me the income retirement income research examined the evolving role of DC plans as the largest source of retirement income for American workers. With 68% of participants concerned about running out of money in retirement, there’s an opportunity for plan sponsors to help participants turn a lifetime of savings into a stream of income. Partnering with Greenwald Research, the 13-month study included surveys/focus groups with 1,100 plan participants and 118 plan sponsors and consultants.
Solution
The campaign was groundbreaking and multi-dimensional — including paid, owned, and earned media. A consistent visual identity was carried throughout all ADA/AODA-compliant collateral which included navigable PDFs. Research data/insights were presented in visually dynamic and easily understandable manners across all assets.
For the second year in a row, Adler and Invesco were recognized by their industry at the 2023 FCS Awards where the “Show me the income” campaign won both the Gold and the Best-in-Show for B2B collateral.
