Stan Adler: Chairman & Creative Director

Stan Adler is the Chairman and Founder of Adler, a comprehensive branding and marketing services firm established in 1979, and serves as its Creative Director. Stan has more than 40 years of experience creating successful branding and marketing strategies for a diverse group of clients in such industries as cosmetics, real estate and financial services. He is a frequent lecturer on maximizing brand value, effective presentation techniques and one-on-one marketing through variable on-demand printing. As the industry has evolved, Stan and his firm of 30+ professionals have remained on the cutting edge of marketing technology and have pioneered efforts to implement tactical programs to increase the effectiveness of his clients’ marketing investments.

Adrienne Metzinger: Design Director

For over two decades Adrienne has been responsible for the concept and design of digital and print collateral systems, corporate ID, websites and advertising for many high-profile clients. They include BNY Mellon, Morgan Stanley, Expedia, CIGNA, TIAA-CREF, Dreyfus, UBS, GE Asset Management, Davis Advisors, Macquarie, Allianz, Old Mutual, Thornburg Investment Management, TD Bank, Lebenthal and Wells Fargo. She has developed award-winning work over a broad range of media including print, web, tablet, out-of-home, events and broadcast television. She is a graduate of Alfred University School of Art and Design, where she was a student of the distinguished Swiss designer, the late Fred Troller.

Claudio Pannunzio: Director of New Business and Public Relations

Claudio possesses two decades of financial services marketing experience, in addition to providing strategic counsel to CEOs and CMOs of premier world financial and industrial brands, as well as nonprofit organizations. His comprehensive background also includes tenure as a currency/ bond trader, a portfolio manager and a hedging products developer. Claudio has an extensive track record in conceiving successful marketing, communications, public relations and social media campaigns focused on achieving brand recognition, gaining market share and boosting revenue. Prior to joining Adler, he served as Managing Director/Chief Marketing Officer at two fintech companies, and held senior positions at leading PR and marketing agencies. Claudio earned a BA in Marketing and Communications from Universita’ La Sapienza in Rome, Italy.

Saritte Rogers: Account Director

Saritte joined Adler from GE Asset Management where she was the Director of Institutional Marketing. Prior to that, she was the Marketing Manager for CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services. While with both of those companies, she was a client of Adler. With more than 10 years of corporate investment marketing experience, Saritte brings significant expertise to our team which includes marketing and relationship development, client-needs identification, strategic planning and account management. Saritte manages the conception, design and implementation of corporate identity programs, capabilities brochures, quarterly financial reporting, proposal systems, presentations and other communication initiatives in print and on the web.

Tracie Dellinger: Account Director

Tracie has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving on both the client and agency sides in project and account management. She has overseen the creation and implementation of marketing programs for the institutional and intermediary channels. Projects include product launches, selling systems, core capabilities materials, educational seminars and demos, landing pages/microsites and brand campaigns for clients such as BNY Mellon Investment Management, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab, Citi Personal Wealth Management and Lincoln Financial. Tracie serves as Account Director overseeing the creation of marketing strategies and programs for BNY Mellon | Pershing, Epoch Investment Partners, Northern Trust Asset Management and TD Wealth Management. Tracie received her BS from the Wake Forest University.

Danit Cohen: Head of New Media

Danit joined Adler in 2014, after receiving her BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Her extensive digital background combined with exceptional organizational skills gives her particular insight into guiding clients through the creation of complex campaigns. During her time at Adler she has managed a wide range of projects from advertising campaigns and large scale production projects, to guiding small businesses through their initial marketing efforts and beyond. Danit’s client list includes not for profits as well as large, multi-national asset managers.

Betty Hinchman: Senior Writer

Betty has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, working for premier investment firms such as The Dreyfus Corporation and Morgan Stanley. Projects include capabilities and product brochures, sales guides, newsletters, seminars, educational brochures, direct mail, websites, print advertisements, videos and proposals. Betty received her BA from the University of Colorado and has continued her education by attending various seminars and conferences over the years. Her work has been recognized by multiple trade associations and publications.

Jim Barattolo: Manager, Production Design

Jim manages the Desktop Production Services department for Adler. Since joining Adler in 2007, he has been involved in a broad spectrum of projects including advertising design, marketing kits, annual reports and various promotional material on the retail and internal side. With more than 20 years experience in creating and formatting a wide array of deliverables, he helps empower clients to update and maintain their own materials and collateral. His involvement at the early stages of a project is invaluable in ensuring that our designers’ work will translate seamlessly for use in our clients’ in-house needs and applications.

Claudia L. Meyers: Manager, Pre-press Department

Claudia joined Adler in 1997 and has been manager of the Pre-press department since 1999. A department of three production specialists, the Pre-press team is responsible for the delivery of complete project files (including artwork, copy and necessary documentation) to printers, publishers and advertisers. Timeliness, attention to detail and service excellence are goals of the Pre-press team for every Adler job. Claudia graduated magna cum laude from Baruch College in 1995 with a BBA degree in Advertising and Graphics. Prior to Stan Adler Associates, Claudia served as an Art Director at J. Hunt & Fultz.

Laura Samet: Manager, Print Production

Laura Samet has been the manager of the Print Production Department at Adler for 13 years. She was the Print Production Manager at Grey Advertising and worked on the client side at J&W Seligman and Chase Manhattan Bank. At Adler, Laura produces print collateral, premiums and signage, and acts as the primary liaison between Adler and outside print vendors. Laura received her degree from Brooklyn College.
