Challenge

QS Investors was a “lift-out” of the quantitative strategies group of Deutsche Bank into an independent asset management firm. Adler was asked to create the brand and develop a comprehensive suite of marketing materials and a website in time for its launch — all in 10 weeks.

Solution

Adler built a brand that emphasized QS Investors’ key expertise as a manager and executed the brand across a broad range of print and digital assets. Our exploration started with individual meetings with the entire senior management team to identify business objectives, brand positioning and deliverables using the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.

Outcome

Each of the components was created knowing that all future updates would be performed by limited in-house resources. We then produced the first version of each deliverable and trained support staff to effectively assume responsibility for future iterations.
